Overview
We are a Christian based Non Profit ministry (EID #85-3072067) that looks to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the lost and suffering people of Western Kenya and beyond. Our mission is to restore dignity and community through the teaching of the truth through God’s word. While providing relief to the suffering of all ages, through feeding programs, educational help, and medical care.
The Story Behind The Passion
My name is Rhoda Werengekha Mukwabi Patterson. I was born and raised in Western Kenya, in an impoverished home. When I was younger, our family did not have enough money to pay the yearly school fees. The Lord led someone to pay my school fees and started me down a path of education. After school, my employer took the time to teach me hairdressing so that I had a skill to make some extra money. When my mother passed away when I was 17 years old. I lived on the streets for 2 years. Yet the Lord watched over me. My pastor took me to some income generating classes where I learned beadwork. A skill that I use today. In 2013 I met my husband David Patterson and we were married in 2015 . There was no turning to the other side from looking at the poverty stricken families with children.
We started with skipping meals to provide for one family, sometimes buying a group of street children some donuts like bread called mandazi.
We joined our church in the mercy ministry and always donated our Christmas and joined them to go feed and visit the needy.
We stayed in prayers all along until God answered through a college mate Tyson Daugherty who contacted me through the Christian Leaders Institute CLI. By the providence of the Lord, Tyson invited Rob Sisney in February of 2024, who has given us ministry focus. On December 30, 2024, My Husband David went to be with the Lord, yet the Lord is still faithful putting these Godly men in my life to give me direction and hope. Through posting each experience through our Facebook page, we share in the joyous times, the suffering, and the daily struggles, but we always encourage each other with the word of God THROUGH OUR FACEBOOK PAGE.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
With your support Crimson Flood Ministries helps to fill many of the basic needs of our Christian brothers and sisters. We provide education opportunities, clothing, food, and much needed healthcare.
GOSPEL LUNCH
With your help we can grow this program. Our missionaries go out into the streets and invite the homeless and the orphans to share a meal and hear the gospel. Most of these children have been through trials that most adults will never experience. Please pray with us that we can provide some level of comfort, support, encouragement, and hope for a future.
